Once a digital item is downloaded, it is considered "sold" and is generally not eligible for a refund due to the nature of digital goods being easily accessible and non-returnable; however, we will offer exceptions for major issues like faulty functionality or missing content, as long as we are notified within 24-48 hours of purchase.
